Hockey isn’t just a game—it’s a journey, and few understand this better than Brady Douglas. Born and raised in Chilliwack, Brady grew up competing at the highest levels, playing in top-tier AAA programs and the PJHL. His dedication to the game led him to the United States, where he balanced academics with playing ACHA Division 2/3 hockey. His experience as a player gave him firsthand knowledge of what it takes to succeed at high levels, fueling his passion for coaching and player development.


For over five years, Brady has been a driving force in the hockey community across British Columbia and Alberta. His coaching career includes roles with prestigious programs such as the Fraser Valley Aces U18/U17 Championship Team, Jr. Jets U15/U18, CMHA U18 A1/A3, U18 AAA PCHA Scholarship Team, Team BC U15, BC/Alberta Top Skill Teams U15, Ridge Meadows Minor Hockey Association, Airdrie Minor Hockey, and Chilliwack Minor Hockey Association. But beyond the titles and teams, what sets Brady apart is his ability to connect with players, push them to reach new heights, and guide them to Junior A/B and collegiate hockey opportunities. His impact on the game has earned him recognition at the highest levels, leading to his recent work with the NHL Coaches Association.


With a deep commitment to skill development, mentorship, and leadership, Brady Douglas continues to shape the future of hockey—one player at a time.
