Venom HC AAA is proud to officially welcome Kaitlyn Turner to the organization as our Athletic Trainer & Therapist for the 16U AAA team.

Kaitlyn joins Venom HC with an impressive and well-rounded background in kinesiology, high-performance sport, and athlete development. Currently completing her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley, she has built a strong academic and practical foundation centered around human movement, injury prevention, and performance optimization.

Through her experience as a Student Athletic Trainer with UFV varsity athletics, Kaitlyn has worked directly with competitive athletes—supporting everything from injury management and rehabilitation to strength and conditioning and return-to-play protocols. This hands-on experience in a high-performance environment aligns directly with the standards and expectations of the Venom HC AAA program.

Beyond her academic and clinical experience, Kaitlyn brings a strong understanding of the athlete mindset. With over 17 years of competitive experience in hockey and softball, including multiple provincial championships and international competition, she understands what it takes to compete, recover, and perform at an elite level.

Her approach is rooted in individualized athlete care—focusing on injury prevention, performance enhancement, and long-term development. She is passionate about helping athletes stay healthy, build resilience, and maximize their performance throughout the season.

Kaitlyn also holds certification as a personal trainer and has worked with athletes across multiple sports, designing customized training and recovery programs that help athletes stay game-ready and continue progressing in their development.

This addition is another step forward in Venom HC’s commitment to building a true high-performance environment—one that supports athletes not only on the ice, but in every aspect of their development.

With Kaitlyn joining the staff, the standard continues to rise.

Welcome to Venom HC, Kaitlyn.
