The Venom HC AAA program is thrilled to officially welcome Nathan Kandler to our U18 roster for the upcoming season. Nathan becomes the latest addition to a growing list of talented athletes joining the Venom HC family, and we couldn’t be more excited about what he brings to the table.
Nathan spent last season competing in the Premier Hockey League (PHL), where he made a strong impression with his physical play, speed, and hockey intelligence. His ability to read the game and make quick, impactful decisions on the ice has caught the attention of coaches, scouts, and now, the leadership here at Venom HC AAA.

“Nathan is the kind of player every coach wants in their lineup,” said Brady Douglas, President/GM & Head Coach of Venom HC. “He brings a unique combination of physicality, speed, and hockey sense that will add real depth to our U18 program. We are very excited to welcome a player of Nate’s caliber to our team and to help him continue developing both as a player and a leader.”
Known for his relentless work ethic and team-first mentality, Kandler is expected to make an immediate impact on both ends of the ice. Whether it’s delivering a key hit, winning a battle along the boards, or jumping into the rush, he plays a hard-nosed, honest game that aligns perfectly with the culture we are building at Venom HC. Off the ice, Nathan has also been recognized for his leadership and maturity. His approach to training, preparation, and team dynamics will no doubt serve as a model for younger players in the program.
Nathan will be wearing #8 for Venom HC this season, and we encourage our fans and supporters to keep an eye on him as he makes his debut with the U18 squad.
As our program continues to grow, signings like Nathan’s highlight our commitment to bringing in high-character players who want to compete, improve, and represent the Venom HC name with pride.
Welcome to the team, Nathan — we’re glad to have you on board!
