Brothers United: Lyndon & Sylis Boucher Join Venom HC 16U AAA
ABBOTSFORD, BC — September 2, 2026 — Venom HC AAA is excited to announce the signing of brothers Lyndon Boucher (2010) and Sylis Boucher (2011) from Hope, BC, to the Venom HC 16U AAA Team for the 2026/27 season.
Both Lyndon and Sylis spent last season with Chilliwack Minor Hockey, continuing to develop their games while establishing themselves as positive teammates and strong contributors within their respective teams.
Lyndon, a 2010-born forward, played 28 games with the Chilliwack U18 A2 team last season, recording 2 goals and 7 assists. His work ethic and commitment to improving his game were recognized at the end of the season when he was named the Chilliwack Minor Hockey U18 Most Improved Player of the Year.

Sylis, a 2011-born forward, also had an impressive offensive season with the Chilliwack U15 A2 team. In 28 games, he recorded 13 goals and 20 assists, showcasing his offensive ability and continued growth as a player.

Both brothers are joining Venom with the same goal: to push their development and take their hockey to the next level.
With the next few years being an important window for their continued development and future junior hockey opportunities, Lyndon and Sylis are looking to make the most of their time with Venom HC AAA.
Both players bring a combination of natural size, power and speed, giving them the physical tools to continue developing into impactful players. The Venom coaching staff believes that with the right environment, work ethic and commitment, both brothers have the opportunity to take significant steps forward in their games. Just as importantly, Lyndon and Sylis bring the type of character that Venom HC is looking to build its culture around.
“They’re great kids who are always looking to help their teammates and contribute to a positive environment,” said Venom HC President & GM Brady Douglas. “They care about the people around them, they work hard, and they want to get better. That kind of character is extremely important to us. We’re excited to see what both Lyndon and Sylis can accomplish over the next year.”
The Boucher brothers will now join the Venom HC 16U AAA program as they continue their journey toward higher levels of hockey, with their sights set on maximizing their development and creating future opportunities at the junior level.
Welcome to Venom, Lyndon and Sylis!
The future is Venom.
